Operations Director
JOB DESCRIPTION
3 Disciplines is looking for an athlete, passionate about sport and all sport brings to one’s life. We are seeking an energetic, RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY Mature adult to run the operations out of our warehouse for our events. We are one of the most experienced teams in the entire industry producing and timing to date over 1000 events in 19 states in 18 years.
- The Operations Director should be:
- A passionate leader, able to inspire other 3 Disciplines team members.
- Decisive & able to think and work, efficiently, and independently.
- 100% committed to ensuring the 3 Disciplines brand is represented in a professional manner at all times in and out of the warehouse.
- Be a Mcgyver, someone who can diagnose and repair all kinds of various equipment
- Able to build strong relationships with the 3 Disciplines various partners.
- Able to work with people of many cultures and demonstrate common sense.
- Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Have excellent organization skills
- Minor truck, trailer repair and maintenance abilities such as changing fluids, oil changes, tire pressure, lube grease fittings, etc.
- Grounds maintenance required once a week
- Washing and detailing of company vehicles once a week, typically a Wednesday to ready for Thursday event departures.
- ensure trucks and trailers are ready for departures on Thursday or Friday
- restocking of trucks and trailers
- work off master lists for weekly duties
- Keeping warehouse organized and clean
- work in unison with all 3 Disciplines team

Location
The position is based in Grand Blanc, Michigan at our warehouse and offices
Salary
Compensation starting at $400, per week part time, again we would like this to become Full Time! our last 2 OP Directors we had for 6 & 5 years, full time after training.
Workload
This position will require Monday thru Thursday 9:00 – 4:00 or 8:00 – 3:00. April 9 thru October. Full time considered based on commitment will include mid December through end of January vacation with pay through end of December. Week of July 4, Thanksgiving off as well. (8 weeks +)

Additional Information
April 29, 30 we will be holding our traditional team training weekend at Holly Recreation area, in Holly MI. Creating a mock event from start to finish for training new and existing team members. All team members will meet at the warehouse at 9:00 a.m. before departing for the park in 3D vehicles at 11:00 a.m.. We are asking that all team members including the Operations director attend this.
