The Building Operations Assistant will support janitorial and maintenance tasks as well as event support for Sammons Jazz concerts, Cabaret Concerts, meetings, and other events as needed. General activities include cleaning and building maintenance such as cleaning restrooms and replenishing restroom supplies, changing light bulbs, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, cleaning kitchen and kitchen equipment, mopping, event set-up and clean-up, week-end and/or evening supervision including lock-up, opening and closing building depending on schedule, assisting tenants with office equipment, and other duties as required.
