Summary

 

This position is a full time position. As the Electronics Bench Technician, you will be primarily be responsible for the in process and final inspections of our coaxial cable and cable assemblies.  Physical and electronic testing up to 50 GHz, utilizing network analyzer and other test equipment.

 

Essential Responsibilities

 

Perform and document the following tests:

 

  • Physical dimensions
  • Continuity
  • Attenuation
  • Return Loss
  • Adhesion
  • Eccentricity

 

Required Skills

 

  • Thorough knowledge of basic electricity and analog/digital theory
  • Good technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to read prints and basic schematics
  • Ability to use measuring tools and devices
  • Ability to set-up and understand S-parameter testing

 

Education

 

AA degree or work experience equivalent
