Description: 

SRS is searching for a results-driven team member that actively seeks out, estimates and secures jobs for our Service Group.  Provides complete and appropriate solutions to customers and has a high level of Commercial/Industrial Roofing knowledge.  Possesses the qualities that make up our Core Values of Opportunity, Uncomplicated, Respect, Be Accountable, Excellence, Safety and Teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Visits jobsites, meets with and develops relationships with existing and potential customers, as well as collects information required to provide thorough and accurate assessments and estimates.
  • Develops cost estimates by using spreadsheets and estimating software.
  • Promotes and sells services.
  • Establishes and maintains customer relationships.
  • Meets agreed upon sales/financial goals.
  • Follows up with customers regularly.
  • Works closely with Service Team.
  • Attends Sales Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Self-aware team player
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Proven estimating experience (minimum of 4 years)
  • Proven experience in sales (minimum of 4 years)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Extensive Commercial/Industrial Roofing estimating knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Commercial/Industrial Roofing Software
  • Solution Oriented
