What you’ll do…
-You will lead our staffing/recruiting team. You will set goals and then blow those goals out of the water!
· Generate new business with clients by nurturing relationships and creating opportunities.
-This position will implement prudent/effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, manage client accounts, track and manage key metrics and submit regular reports to leadership.
· Track and report staffing activity within database, work closely with staffing team and executive management to achieve activity and productivity goals.
-The right candidate lives for the feeling of success, is accountable to goals and is time and effort efficient.
Requirements:
· Must have at least 2 years of staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition experience and a track record of success.
· Bachelor degree preferred, but exceptional experience may be substituted.
· Experience managing a team and leading success.
