MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATIVE/SERVICE COORDINATOR – Arlington, VA
Role Summary:
The general purpose of this position is to operate, maintain and support the on-site Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) as well as manage and fulfill operational performance duties that are directly related to task assignments, emergency dispatch calls, work prioritization, cost assessment and similar administrative support directly to the Project Manager. This includes ensuring that all service work orders, repair orders and preventive maintenance work orders are received, scheduled, completed, recorded and entered daily in accordance with contract requirements, company policy and site requirements. The Coordinator will build, maintain, and advance maintenance department work orders, facility monitoring system and PM (Preventative Maintenance) systems and provide administrative support for the Facilities Management Team and the in-the-field operational personnel. This position in located in the Washington, DC/Virginia area. With operational coverage being a requirement, at least two (2) shift positions are available.

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain and use of computerized asset management and maintenance systems such as, but not limited to, MAXIMO and LiftNet as well as highly automated operational tracking equipment
- Track vertical transportation equipment (VTE), other conveying devices and the supporting electrical/mechanical equipment until repairs are completed
- Aid personnel in the effective use of systems in the course of maintenance duties
- Audit and validate all data for completeness and quality
- Develop and maintain custom reports and work order databases for Facilities Maintenance Team
- Complete various assigned projects and special individual duties as required by management
- Work with Project Manager to collect and input all data needed for each facility and equipment asset into MAXIMO
- Support the Facilities Maintenance Management Team and in-the-field operational personnel to ensure and improve situational awareness, effectiveness, efficiency and the continuity of operations that will enhance passenger experience.
- Maintain manual or computerized procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories
- Monitor operational status and direction of travel on all conveyance for system alerts and dispatch personnel as appropriate
- Record and document problem or reported issue in the appropriate system (e.g. MAXIMO ticket for maintenance calls, Lift-Net Monitoring system)
- Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience working in the conveyance equipment automation field or facilities controls experience
- Three years of experience working on data entry and analysis, and preparing written reports
- Eligibility Requirement:
- The Coordinator shall take the site specific Vertical Transportation Maintenance System (VTMS) Training within three months of hire
- A US citizen or authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass drug screening and a back-ground check
