What Our District Manager Does
We are looking for a high performing sales leader who can lend their knowledge of effective leadership skills to manage all sales related activities, accomplish revenue and market penetration goals in the Bay Area:
- Coaching internal sales teams regarding identifying and presenting solutions
- Meeting with high value clients via preset appointments
- Making and implementing suitable recommendations on follow up client meetings
- Ensuring clients’ needs are met quickly and with excellence
- Delivering monthly gross production and net premium targets
