COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Choctaw Premier Services is a federal contracting firm dedicated to providing exceptional support in the execution of international security assistance programs. We are currently seeking to develop a robust pipeline for future contract awards, focusing on capacity building and mentorship initiatives in collaboration with foreign military partners.
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Military Peacekeeping-Intelligence (MPKI) Technical Trainer is integral to the success of peacekeeping missions by providing expert intelligence support and capacity building. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial military intelligence experience who will work to enhance operational effectiveness and strategic support within a multi-national framework. The MPKI Technical Trainer is responsible for leveraging their extensive background to train and guide foreign security forces to ensure intelligence operations are optimized for mission success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee military intelligence activities to support peacekeeping operations, including analysis, collection, and dissemination of intelligence.
- Develop and deliver training programs for foreign military and civilian partners, focusing on intelligence practices and operations.
- Provide expert guidance and strategic support in intelligence-related aspects of military operations, ensuring effective integration with peacekeeping operations.
- Work closely with international and local stakeholders to coordinate intelligence efforts and support peacekeeping missions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of intelligence operations and training programs, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Prepare detailed intelligence reports and briefing for senior military and UN officials.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated military experience as a military intelligence practitioner.
- Advanced skills in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex operational environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to clearly convey critical information.
- Experience working in multi-national settings with a sensitivity to cultural differences and regional specifics.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of ten (10) years U.S. or foreign military experience, including service after September 11, 2001.
- Relevant military operations, or foreign security force (police or military) capacity building experience, in last five (5) years.
- Experience as a trainer to a foreign security partner, military or civilian.
PREFERRED:
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years U.S. or foreign military experience, including service after September 11, 2001.
- Completion of a U.S. or foreign equivalent recognized military intelligence course for land forces.
- Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa.
