Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Check Processing Specialist to join our team at Poulin Willey Trial Lawyers. Responsibilities include quickly and accurately receiving, verifying, and scanning incoming checks, collaborating with legal teams to ensure correct application, and resolving discrepancies. You will manage checks using CheckWriter and Salesforce (Litify), keep ledgers balanced, and maintain compliance with firm policies. Additional duties include recording outgoing payments, assisting in lien clearance, preparing reports, and handling deposits, refunds, and fund reissues efficiently.
