Are you the Field ISP Technician we're looking for?

To excel as a Field ISP Technician (Level I) at CellularOne, you'll need a diverse skill set that encompasses technical aptitude and customer service excellence. Comfort with heights is essential, as you may be required to work on ladders or roofs while adhering to our rigorous safety protocols. A keen ability to identify various types of equipment and utilize the proper apparatus for each situation is crucial.

You should be able to perform installations independently but aren't afraid to seek assistance when faced with unique challenges. Proficiency in software programs such as Windows, Excel, and Word is required, along with the ability to access and manage our Trouble Ticket system to address customer concerns efficiently. Effective communication skills are essential for explaining the installation process to customers while maintaining strict confidentiality with their information.

Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure both your success and that of our valued clients!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Can find the appropriate IP for the install or technical calls. Knows the difference between a private network IP and a Public IP.
• Should follow the proper protocols with the customer's information, whether it is the paperwork for the install or a technical call.
• Take proper care of the company vehicle and all assigned tools.
• This is a Safety-Sensitive position. Candidate must maintain the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
