Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / HourThis range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a General Laborer:

• Enter received vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained in accordance with Department and Corporate procedures.
• Ensure timely payment of outstanding vendor invoices.
• Perform research and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Initiate contact with internal and external parties, as needed, for supporting documents or missing information.
• Meet accounting deadlines for month-end process and closing cycles.
• Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.

Available shifts:

Shift timings -1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• 5 years Accounts Payable experience
• Must be used to high transaction and fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks recommended.
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization.
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Automotive and / Or Trucking knowledge preferred
