Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and Attract Talent: Meet and connect with nursing professionals at job fairs, networking events, and classroom presentations.

• Recruitment and Relationship Building: Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and build strong connections with nursing candidates.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our leadership team to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate personnel records and manage applicant tracking systems.

What We're Looking For:

• Outgoing and Engaging: Energetic and persuasive in person, on the phone, and through digital communication.

• Public Speaking Skills: Comfortable presenting to groups and promoting Alliance Nursing at events.

• Organized and Proactive: Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting recruitment goals.

• Team-Oriented: Works well in a collaborative environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in recruiting or sales; healthcare recruiting experience preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; marketing or graphic design training is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, Zoom, and applicant tracking systems.

• Other Requirements: Valid Washington state driver's license and ability to travel for events.
