We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) to lead our Human Resources department and become a pivotal part of our senior leadership team. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our workforce strategies and foster a high-performance culture in a rapidly growing company.
Position Location: In-office presence required in either our Frisco, Texas (preferred) or Edmond, Oklahoma offices.
Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000. This position is incentive-eligible.
As the Vice President of Human Resources at AHSG, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's strategic direction. This pivotal role involves:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that align with AHSG’s vision and goals. You'll play a crucial role in evaluating and shaping the organization's structure, processes, and workforce to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
- Performance and Compensation Management: Implement a company-wide performance management system to align and motivate employees towards AHSG's strategic goals. You will also oversee competitive compensation, benefits, employee rewards, and performance appraisal systems.
- Compliance and Operations Oversight: Ensure all HR operations comply with relevant labor laws and corporate policies. This includes managing everything from recruitment processes to staff training programs and administering our HR information system, currently Workday.
- Workforce Development: Lead workforce planning initiatives and guide employee relations, ensuring a supportive and efficient work environment across all divisions and teams.
In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior leadership to drive organizational success through effective HR management.
Who You Are:
- Educated and Certified: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are strongly preferred, underscoring your expertise and commitment to HR best practices.
- Experienced in Healthcare or Staffing: You bring at least five years of human resource management experience, specifically in healthcare, healthcare staffing, or general staffing industries. This background has equipped you with the unique insights and skills necessary to navigate and excel in these dynamic sectors.
- Communicative and Analytical: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with strong analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and effectively communicate strategies and outcomes.
- Leadership-Qualified: Your experience is complemented by strong leadership and supervisory skills, making you capable of guiding a team toward achieving excellence in HR operations.
