The Innovation Consultant provides technical and business assistance that helps the Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership program meet its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by providing direct consulting assistance to owners and potential owners of innovative small businesses; developing and maintaining relationships with NBDC stakeholders, cooperating with others as part of the NBDC team of consultants; and recording all such interactions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or in related technical field.
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience in small business consulting or other economic development experience. and/or experience working with start-up businesses in innovation.
