We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at RKI INSTRUMENTS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, developing financial forecasts, and providing insights to support decision making for the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

 

- Identify trends, variances and provide insights on financial performance

 

- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting

 

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for potential investments and projects

 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial impact of business decisions

 

- Monitor and report on financial KPIs to identify areas for improvement

 

- Assist with budgeting and cost management processes

 

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to assess potential risks and opportunities

 

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting and financial regulations

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

 

- 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role

 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data

 

- Expert knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management

 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

 

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

 

- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment

 

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
