Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Cook
- Meal Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving daily meals for approximately 500 students in an institutional setting.
- Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain institutional food service equipment.
- Cooking Techniques: Utilize both bulk cooking and individual plate preparation methods to deliver high-quality meals.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the kitchen team to execute daily meal plans and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
