Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Manage aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Coordinate repairs and other services with vendors and contractors.
- Assist with property maintenance and cleaning, if capable.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Manage property inventory.
- Prepare monthly reports on property performance for ownership review.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality work in other roles.
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in property management preferred but not required.
