The Administrative Tech provides accounting support to the campus through tuition and fees receivables, intercampus and interagency billings, graduate tuition waivers and dual enrollment. Interacts closely with school district third party agencies regarding application of the benefit to the student account, billing and posting payment when received. Works on troubleshooting and problem resolution with agencies as necessary. Weekly reconciliation of tuition receivable accounts to PeopleSoft trial balance. Monthly reconciliation of purchasing card transactions. Answers phone calls and emails from students, parents, University departments and outside agencies. Works with other University departments that impact the student account in resolving questions and issues. Back up to Vault Custodian and cashiering window.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school education
- Two years of accounting/bookkeeping.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
