Job Summary
The Admin Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and updating applicant tracking system (ATS) for agency candidates and direct applications.
- Scheduling interviews via phone.
- Emailing calendar invites.
- Grading candidate assessments.
- Providing feedback to agencies.
- Monitor conference rooms and assist with scheduling meetings.
- Answer phone calls and transfer to the appropriate internal contact.
- Greet and check-in visitors to the building, ensuring ITAR compliance.
- Preform ITAR and safety sweeps.
- Collect, sort, and deliver mail to departments.
- Provide clerical support, including scanning, copying, and filing.
- Assist with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and celebrations.
- Support the organization of the file room.
- Handle special projects as assigned, including performing three-way match for weekly check runs and closing sales files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Requirements
- CCS must comply with ITAR standards, therefore candidates must be U.S. Citizen or legal permanent residents.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, including managing multiple calendars and sending meeting invitations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking function within human resource information system (HRIS) Workforce Now, by ADP.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
