Assistant Manager
Environmental Services
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | $53,800-$70,000/year

Plans and implements continuing education programs for staff development. Hire new employees. Expands and revises program material course content for enhancement of program materials. Develops and teaches Orientation Training Program for all new employees. Evaluates all areas of the campus systematically by completing weekly Quality Assurance Inspections. Assist with inventory control using TMA. Provide supervision for overnight crew. Contribute in decisions regarding personnel issues, including providing supervision on as needed basis and in the absence of the manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in an environmental services operation to include management experience (i.e. training and development, human resources, recruiting and retention, new hire orientation, developing departmental goals)
