We are seeking a CADD Support Specialist to join our Transportation Division to provide CADD support to architectural and engineering professionals. Responsible for providing technical support for firm wide multi-discipline CADD users and training on a variety of CADD-related software products.
Requirements:
- Must have a High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate
- 4-9 years of experience providing a full array user technical support to engineers, designers and architects.
- Ability to troubleshoot software and file issues.
- Assist with development and implementation of CADD Standards
- Knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, and Microsoft Excel
- Must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational, writing, problem-solving skills, and be a team player.
- US Citizenship required.
Applicants with the following experience will be considered favorably:
- MicroStation/OpenRoads configurations
- ProjectWise administration/configuration
- Autodesk products use/knowledge
- Windows and/or desktop support
- Grading, drainage, stream design or stormwater management plan development experience
