WRA is seeking a qualified CPM Construction Scheduler with expertise working in Primavera P6 and familiar with diverse construction types including transportation (highways, bridges, and transit) water-wastewater facilities, underground utilities and building infrastructure (new/rehabilitation/renovations).

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate is required – bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management, preferred
  • Minimum ten (10) years of specific construction management and/or construction inspection experience on assorted construction project types
  • At least three (3) years equivalent of full-time CPM construction schedule development and/or review
  • Licenses & Certifications – Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Professional Engineer (PE), preferred
  • Training – Must be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software including:
    1. Preliminary Construction Schedule Development during Design Phase
    2. Development of Detailed Construction Phase Schedules
    3. Development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Major Work Activities
    4. ICPM Development & Review
    5. Monthly Schedule Updates and Written Narrative Reports
    6. Forensic Schedule Analysis for Claims Support
    7. Time Impact Analysis (TIAs)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Report writing skills required for producing schedule review reports
  • Must be able to deliver oral presentations related to scheduling interpretations and/or dispute resolution negotiations
  • Excellent computer software skills required (Microsoft Word & Excel) for completing reports, spreadsheets and related project documentation or project controls utilizing eConstruction web-based, file share technologies

The expected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually.  This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience
