This position is in window cleaning and pressure washing to high-end homes and commercial properties in the area. We are looking for an organized, dependable, skilled candidate with a great attitude, great voice, who can multi-task in a sometimes fast-paced sales environment.
The Crew Leader responsibilities include pressure washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Keeping truck cleaned, organized, stocked and maintained. Keeping a clean batch of towels ready for each day. Bring personal tools with you every day. Inventory management to assure all supplies are in truck prior to day’s work. Training other technicians.
