Banner Defense is in search of a talented Defense of Guam Requirements Systems Engineer. In this role you will get to help the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) newest Program office that is tasked to deliver critical capabilities to support the Defense of Guam (DoG).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Defense of Guam (DoG) by leading all requirements / technical baselining efforts.
• Coordinate the above efforts with all elements and stakeholders supporting DoG.
• Support Digital initiatives as applicable to DoG.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• Masters in STEM and 12+ years of related engineering experience preferably with MDA engineering programs
• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience with missile defense component development, test, production, and integration
• Proficiency in written and verbal skills as well as MS Office and MS Teams
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products on schedule
• Capability to develop and present program briefings to senior management-level personnel
• Capable of performing as a member of a team and assisting with solving complex problems
• Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Travel as required
