What You'll Do:
- Craft and manage email and text campaigns from Marketing through Hubspot, aligning messaging with brand standards and marketing goals
- Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across all platforms, including paid and organic strategies, to drive engagement
- Develop, update, and optimize website content to improve user experience, SEO, and lead generation
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital ad channels
- Monitor and provide monthly reporting through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other KPI reporting sources to track campaign effectiveness
- Copywriting for blogs, email marketing, websites, and social media platforms
- Create graphics and other creative assets as needed using Canva or similar tools
- Maintain relationships with any 3rd party vendors being utilized for special projects
- Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
- Drafts press releases for all AHSG brands
- Monitor and manage the distribution of incoming leads and applicants from various channels
- Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with marketing efforts
Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of Marketing experience
- Thorough understanding of Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and omnichannel marketing
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, paid social ads, and digital advertising budgets
- Experience running email marketing campaigns and automations
- Experience in website content management, SEO optimization, and analytics
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Salary: $58,100
