The Position:
As a Field Marketing Manager for our Healthcare Practice, you will play a pivotal role in executing high-impact regional marketing initiatives that align with healthcare objectives and drive sales growth. This role involves developing and delivering tailored marketing programs that generate a quality pipeline, enhance customer relationships, and support Managing Directors in achieving sales and revenue targets. You'll oversee all aspects of virtual and in-person events, from strategy and planning to logistics and budgeting, ensuring each aligns with the ideal customer profile. Additionally, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to measure the success of programs, manage event-related finances, and maintain KPI and ROI dashboards, all while traveling as needed to provide onsite event support. The role demands strong project management skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform regular self-assessments using Arbinger’s 3A+ assessment tool to gauge and enhance individual performance impact.
- Develop and deliver high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build prospect/customer relationships.
- Align all departmental marketing activities to support Managing Directors and team's sales goals and revenue targets.
- Support the Managing Directors on strategy and planning of event programs such as trade shows, marketing keynotes, meetups, workshops, exec dinners, webinars etc. that match with their ideal customer profile.
- Oversee all aspects of virtual and in-person experiences and events, including logistics, budgeting, vendor and partner management, content development, webinar management and work with sales to drive strategy around the event.
- Develop pre-and post-show communication and ABM plan and write copy as needed for nurture campaigns and sales/marketing outreach.
- Travel to select locations to provide onsite support to sales for events.
- Create, execute, monitor, report, and follow up on programs to generate a targeted number of inquiries, opportunities, and pipeline
- Work cross-functionally with ADRs, sales, product marketing, customer success, and many others in aggregating data to build dashboards for the measurement of all events
- Work with Marketing and Rev Ops teams to manage measurement of every field-run program and its impact through SFDC reporting, evaluate event/campaign ROI, present recommendations for improvement, and ensure department consistency in reporting.
- Maintain KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all events in conjunction with the Marketing/Rev Ops teams.
- Project manages all Field Marketing events in Asana and work with team members to ensure timely delivery of required campaign materials.
- Manage and maintain the invoicing process and accounting for events to ensure consistent tracking across all regions in conjunction with Marketing Operations and finance.
- Work with a team to help build out and budget for our books, content, and swag inventory: design, selection, and project manage the distribution process for field marketing, healthcare, and sales events.
Required Capabilities:
- Proficiency in SFDC, HubSpot (MAP), and ABM platforms such as 6sense or DemandBase.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with remote teams.
- Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to pushing boundaries rather than maintaining the status quo.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Results-driven, with experience leveraging both qualitative and quantitative metrics to achieve revenue, conversion, sales, and other marketing objectives.
Preferred Capabilities:
- Proficient in using ASANA or other project management software, particularly in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with HR tech, Healthcare Networks, Provider Networks, and Communities.
- Comfortable with reporting, with experience in building and managing campaign result dashboards.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in ABM and Event experience and/or other relevant capabilities in a B2B environment.
- 1+ years of healthcare field marketing experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Periodic travel will be required (25-30%). Light lifting required at events.
Salary: From $95,000 + Variable Compensation Structure
