SUMMARY

 

UD is currently seeking a Graduate Marketing Manager, who under the supervision of the Vice President for Marketing and Communications, is responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing and communication initiatives to support graduate enrollment. This position will work closely with the Director of Graduate Admission to promote graduate degree programs in the Gupta College of Business and Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts for the purposes of increasing brand awareness and student recruitment. In addition, it will work closely with the academic leadership and the graduate admission team to meet or exceed enrollment goals.

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Plan and execute marketing and communication initiatives to support the enrollment growth goals for graduate degree programs working closely with academic leadership and the graduate enrollment team.
  • Initiate and oversee the creation of print, web, email and social media content, both organic and paid marketing efforts, such as student, faculty, and alumni feature stories, videos, brochures, mailers, and ad campaigns.
  • Work with the MarComm team to manage, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of project requests by internal stakeholders, from concept to delivery. Identify and improve workflow efficiencies.
  • Establish and maintain highly productive, collaborative, and constituent-centric relationships with academic leaders, faculty, admission/enrollment, external stakeholders, and other departments and divisions.
  • Manage outside vendors providing marketing and communications support to the University.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with the University’s Brand Guidelines.

 

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the marketing and communications profession.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation, facility with social media, and quick adaptability to new marketing tools.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with others collaboratively and at various organizational levels.
  • Experience working in a marketing and communications department in higher education or Catholic nonprofit.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

  • This position is for a two-year term with the possibility or extension based on organizational need and funding availability.
