We seek a tech-savvy Marketing Specialist to develop, execute and optimize marketing programs for PADT’s software and 3D printing portfolio of products. The primary objective of the role is to build top-of-funnel sales pipeline through demand generation activities, successful campaign execution and understanding of strategic market opportunities and sales priorities. The Marketing Specialist focuses heavily on optimizing digital campaigns/programs, lead acquisition, nurturing, routing and re-engagement programs to create high-quality opportunities for the company’s direct sales team. This role is responsible for the setup, deployment, and management of automated campaigns, including integration of all campaign assets. The Marketing Specialist plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of PADT’s products and/or services by performing the following duties.

•Plan demand generation marketing programs (using inbound and outbound tactics) to grow sales pipeline for the sales organization

• Build, execute and improve innovative digital programs with multiple touch points, including emails, landing pages, and digital assets

• Manage email lead nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points of interaction, report on campaigns and adjust as needed

• Monitor lead flow within the territory to ensure the appropriate sales channels are receiving and following up on leads

• Measure ROI of field marketing tactics through metrics analysis and reporting

• Implement list segmentation strategies for targeted campaigns

• Plan and execute the advertising and promotion activities for your assigned area specifically linked to its Web presence, such as contests, tours, and seminars

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, IT, engineering or relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of professional marketing experience
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B demand generation environment
  • Experience marketing value propositions and solutions to a technical audience or engineers
  • Proficient in digital marketing and demand generation techniques with expertise in many of the following areas: Video Marketing, SEO & SEM, Content Marketing, Content Creation, Email Marketing, Social Media, Data & Analytics
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation software, design software, internet software; database software and contact management systems
