As a team member in the Paint Department, you will follow work instructions to mask, demask & inspect parts to Astro or Customer requirements, in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions to mask, demask & inspect parts to Astro or customer requirements, in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
• Ensure all required documentation/certifications are properly completed
• Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and orderly
• Inspect parts before and after each process performed and verify part counts
• Adhere to quality and safety standards
• Make suggestions regarding improvement to part processing
• Be willing to work in different departments and cross train to become a valuable part of the team.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

· Attention to detail

· 3-5 years experience in masking and inspection

· Strong time management, problem solving and communication skills

· Familiarity with safety standards

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. (50 lbs. as needed, based on customer/company need)
• Be a self-motivated, reliable individual
