We are currently seeking an entry level Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Design Group in our Baltimore, MD office. The Mechanical Engineer will participate in the design and construction administration for small to medium sized projects, as well as work as part of a larger design team for large projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of plans, sections, schedules, details, controls, cost estimates, and specifications
  • Mechanical system selection, energy and life cycle cost analysis, knowledge of relevant codes and guidelines, sustainable design, interdisciplinary coordination, and communication with project stakeholders are key considerations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Prior relevant internship experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally/written at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

The expected compensation range for this position is $72,000 - $97,000.  This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience
