Position: Office Manager
Type: Part Time Monday - Friday 10 am - 4 pm
Starting Salary: $20 - $25/hr depending on experience

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a company that values dedication and hard work.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Shipping Labels: Print and prepare shipping labels for outgoing orders.
  • Filing: Maintain organized files and records for orders, inventory, and customer information.
  • Invoicing: Create and manage invoices for completed orders and ensure accuracy in billing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with data spreadsheets.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new software tools as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in an office setting preferred but not required.
