Update Salesforce and coaching notes when pertinent information changes.

Hold webinar conferences with partners to train current and new employees. Training may include programs and services available to their clients, the benefits of their program, how to navigate materials, and how to make proper referrals to BALANCE.

Present in person to local partners, conduct in person workshops, host live webinars, and pre-record webinars on a variety of topics.

Follow up on any request or service questions from partners and coordinate service issues with management to help identify potential partnership enhancements.

Coordinate marketing material requests with partners and marketing departments. Assist with proofreading and reviewing of these documents prior to delivery to the partner to ensure accuracy.

Arrange and coordinate special events, projects, workshops, and webinars for partners.

Required Skills:

High emotional intelligence along with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage difficult customer/client situations.

Must be a motivated, self-starter that can work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and take initiative.

Possess a strong sense of urgency and high levels of persuasiveness.

Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and unexpected events. Manage competing demands and change approach or method to best fit the situation.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Sales experience preferred

Ability to travel occasionally both locally and cross-country.
