What You'll Do:

  • Collect time sheet data from multiple sources
  • Ability to make PDF conversions from multiple types of files
  • Enter timesheet data into multiple online systems
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping confidential information
  • Process payroll and resolve any discrepancies between system of record and what the employees reported
  • Ability to multitask, stay on track, and meet deadlines
  • Professional presence during phone calls
  • Coordinate with Billing to help ensure correct processes for accurate billing and deadlines are met
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and internal departments.

Experience/Skills:

Required:

  • 2 to 3 years of payroll experience

Preferred:

  • Workday
  • Excel

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Hourly: $22/hr

Location: This role is open to remote work or based at one of our corporate offices in Edmond, OK, or Frisco, TX
