Position Summary
RB Consulting, Inc is seeking a Program Analyst to serve as a liaison and support to The Navy's Family Readiness Program, Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and Overseas Suitability Screening (OSS) Program. The analyst assists the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) by supporting program needs with Navy beneficiaries and their families at military installations.
As the EFMP Analyst, you will work directly with the on-site Coordinators and Case Liaisons as a subject matter expert of the program to include policy interpretation, compliance, and reporting. As a valued resource and subject matter expert this high profile and rewarding position is essential to the success of the EFMP program. Activities also include involvement in high-level program inquiries, policies in final format in accordance with government formats and guidelines across military health system (MHS). This opportunity is onsite.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expertise regarding health care issues, policies/programs, while working in an inter-service environment on policy issues and working groups.
- Research and analysis support in the development of Navy Medicine policy for Healthcare Operations and Force Medical Readiness.
- Provide liaison, facilitation, coordination and interaction with multi-level personnel from all the military treatment facilities within Navy Medicine and MHS, higher level service organizations across government agencies and beyond medical centers.
- Provide education and training support with the assessment, enhancement, and development of education and training modules for readiness programs.
- Provide expertise on procedural matters to include Navy correspondence and preparing draft correspondence in response to Congressional and other high level and beneficiary inquiries.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3 years of experience with Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and Suitability Screening Program Support
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent skills in multitasking, prioritization and planning, schedule management, and the coordination of complex executive functions
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Preferred experience in a military health environment and an understanding of the military organization
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a DoD Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain.
