Position Summary

RBCI is seeking a Program Manager to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA) with program management services and data analytics. This work is onsite at the VAAA in Frederick, Maryland. Some travel to various VA sites may be required.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks requiring management of a small-scale project encompassing multiple tasks with a total lifecycle budget and complexity comparable to the task order at hand.
  • Formulate and define system scope and objectives in accordance with the customer's technical requirements.
  • Compile and analyze technical data.
  • Advise VA management and customers on complex system projects and activities.
  • Work closely with customers to define communication systems and equipment requirements.
  • Provide instruction on, perform, and document quality assurance reviews.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Project Management Operations Management, Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in managing multiple multidisciplinary business, advanced technology, research, or development programs.
  • Experience in project management, managing requirements, requirements workflow, business process narrative development, convert concepts into documentation and presentations.
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to communicate accurately and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365 suite of programs to include SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Professional licensure in the fields of Program Management such as FAC-P/PM or PMP preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
