Promotions Producer

General Job Description:

Are you creative, like to shoot and edit videos, have a positive attitude and want to grow in the television field? The award-winning team at ABC 57 News has an immediate Promotions Producer opening for a creative Writer/Editor/Producer who can drive tune-in for early evening and late news. In addition, you must also be able to produce spots for station image and commercial clients and partners that create a response and further our brand and the brand of clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the topical promotion, station image, PSA and multi-platform promotion.

Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous experience writing, producing and editing promos for television is preferred

Must have a strong understanding of brand, content and emotional marketing.

This is a high quality, deadline driven environment

Must have a great understanding of writing, non-linear editing, and social marketing

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop) and DSLR cameras will put your resume ahead of others.
