The ideal Data Entry Operator will possess the ability to efficiently and accurately manage data while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements
-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry -or a related field are advantageous.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all data-related tasks.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
-Accurately input and update client information and claims data into the company database.
-Perform regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
-Generate periodic reports for management and client inquiries based on data entries.
-Collaborate with various departments to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
-Assist in the enhancement of data entry processes and best practices.
-Provide administrative support, including filing and organization of documents.
