We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process by assembling and fabricating components to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Spreading and die cutting, Crown protectors (Marine, Navy, Airforce, Pin seals).
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Cutting different kind of Bindings (Slicer Machine)
• Assisting shade classification process
• Assisting in loading rolls for spreaders
• Assist in loading and unloading company truck
• Supply empty boxes to sorting area
• Work on the assembly line, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve processes.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to assembly tasks.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues as they arise.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
