Responsibilities:

• Test Design & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios for functional, system, and integration testing, ensuring alignment with IR Mod requirements.
• Environment Setup & Validation: Set up and configure test environments to accurately reflect production systems, collaborating with IT delivery partners to validate technical capabilities and address testing-related issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create and manage documentation for testing processes, including test plans, results, and defect reports, and support external reporting requirements like IRSAC and ETAAC with detailed test analysis.
• Support & Feedback: Provide testing support during Sprint Planning Sessions and Program Increment Planning, ensuring alignment with user stories and platform backlogs, and contribute to the development of Non-Functional Requirements through testing feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in testing various aspects of products/systems, including function/component, system, and integration testing.
• Proven ability in setting up test environments, designing test plans, developing test cases/scenarios, and executing tests.

Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or similar certification demonstrating foundational knowledge in software testing.

Minimum Eligibility:

• Candidates must meet requirements to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance (active Moderate Risk MBI clearance is a plus).
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for at least three (3) years, and Federal Tax compliant.
