Job Responsibilities
Operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, bandsaw, circular saw, and other tools as directed
Clean and prepare construction side as needed, including erecting scaffolding, removing and properly disposing of debris and waste materials, and prepping material for install
Load and unload construction supplies and equipment from trucks both manually and with the use of equipment
Show up on time with a good attitude
Follow all safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management
Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly, picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use, and securing the job site on a daily basis
Travel out of town to work on remote job sites as directed
Job Skills and Qualifications
Required:
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to travel out of town during the week or on weekends
Willingness to learn and adapt on the job
Be punctual and reliable
Ability to lift heavy equipment and material
Excellent stamina
Not afraid of heights or working on staging
Preferred:
One or more years of experience in construction or related field
