Electrical Technician

We are currently in search of full-time and part-time Electrical Technicians to work on our Mobile Power Station® (MPS®). This position will assemble the vehicle sub systems; wiring, wire connections, mechanical fasteners, separate parts that assemble into a whole. This position will also trouble shoot issues, reworking to fix the issue which will lead to procedure improvement.

You will have proven ability to use hand tools (wrenches, sockets, hammer, screwdriver, etc); power tools (drills, drivers, grinders, pneumatics, etc); hydraulic tools (hose cutter, fitting press, etc); shop tools (jacks, jack stands, creepers, gantry, forklift, pallet jacks, etc); fabrication tools (TIG welder, MIG welder, plasma cutter, drill press, metal brake, compressor, arbor press, vise, bench grinders); electricians tools (wire strippers, various styles of wire crimps, soldering iron, minute pick set, wire cutters, Exacto knives, heat guns, etc); and have the ability to diagnose systems and address issues. Must be self-directed and able to work on own
Must be able to be a participating team member and work collaboratively.
The requirements of this position will be to have a HS diploma or equivalent; experience using hand tools; ability to make decisions on needed parts and adjustments and have completed Six Sigma Training – Yellow belt minimum (this can be accomplished post interview, prior to start). We would prefer you have a Technical Degree; experience working with heavy equipment, especially in repair work; experience working with electric vehicles; experience working with electricity; and manufacturing experience.
