Business Copy Associates, a UBEO Company, has an immediate opening for a Service Department Dispatcher/Parts Manager.
Dispatcher and Parts Manager performs the following duties:
• Receive incoming calls from customers requesting service and supplies
• Process customer requests for service and supplies
• Manage service call escalation process
• Track parts and supplies usage from inventory and order replenishment from vendors online when needed
• Print parts and supplies labels and place parts in inventory warehouse
• Process technicians’ parts requests as needed for service calls
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
• Knowledge of computer operations sufficient to enter, retrieve and manipulate data in company software programs on Windows PC, including e-automate, Microsoft Office Suite and online vendor purchasing systemsFor consideration please email your resume to:
