HIRING IMMEDIATELY WITH SIGN ON BONUS TOO!
WELCOME TO BRITEWASH AUTO WASH, THE NEW "STATE OF THE ART" CAR WASH IN LEESBURG!!
Come help save our planet and work for BRITEWASH AUTO WASH! Where our carbon foot print is small, but our SMILES are BIG! We are an environmentally friendly carwash looking for a great team. We are looking for positive, outgoing associates who love working with customers in a fast paced environment. If you are an energetic, team player and love the outdoors, we have a great job for you!
Beyond a friendly smile, the Loader’s first concern is that each car is properly loaded onto the conveyor via the use of front-wheel correlators. This individual directs the Driver into the entrance to the car wash or guides them onto tracks.
The Loader’s work description also involves protecting vehicles during the washing process by ensuring wipers are secured to the windshield, antennas are down, and other parts of the car are properly secured from the impact of the various brush applied in the wash cycle.
After loading and ensuring the vehicles protection from damage, the Loader’s next important function is to provide a high-pressure spray to each car about to enter the tunnel. This high pressure spray is required for all vehicles to ensure the front grill and wheel are free of bug debris, road sand/salts, and excess dirt prior to the vehicle entering the wash. The high-pressure spray also cools the car to an appropriate temperature to allow a more effective cleaning process in the tunnel.
Occasionally, the Loader will have to scrub heavily soiled and hard to reach areas of vehicles during the pre-wash process.
The last and critical responsibility of the Loader is to ensure the safe operation of the tunnel and to activate the “Emergency Shut-Down” switch in the instance that any jam blocking safe progression is handled prior to damage to customer property or car wash equipment.
Individuals performing this role should be able to control the levers and switches that control the washing process. Loaders will be asked to carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order. Equipment maintenance tasks, responsibilities and timing will be determined by the BriteWash General Manager. At a minimum, this list will include monthly reclaim-tank clean-out.
Loaders are paid a base compensation rate of $15/hour and have the opportunity to earn bonus compensation for positive customer surveys with extra pay each time the Loader is cited for their positive service skills (any combination of courteous, friendly, funny, or helpful). Loaders will also obtain additional pay for certain equipment maintenance functions such as reclaim-tank clean-out (additional $25 for each manager-approved cleaning effort).
It is important to note that BriteWash will make customer tipping a priority and the daily tip pool should allow for substantially more compensation than the $15/hour base.
Experience:
1 year car wash experience (preferred but not necessary)
Hours of operation: 7 days a week 8am-7pm
