We are currently seeking applicants for full and part-time Concierge positions for our Castle Rock, CO location. The Chirospot is a new and exciting concept that combines hospitality with healthcare. JOB TYPE:

• Full or Part Time (Monday- Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with the check-in process
• Promote and sell monthly memberships
• Offer and obtain food and beverage items upon request
• Provide assistance to the Chiropractor, as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the clinic
• Process patient payments
• Assure patient privacy and confidentiality with each encounter

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Customer Service Experience: 1 Year (preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 Year (preferred)
• High School Diploma

COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $15.00 an hour (depending on experience)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to move throughout the clinic and lift up to 20 pounds without assistance.
