JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Material Handler I, you will have the opportunity be a part of a growing team dedicated to serving our customers-in-need by driving day-to-day Anda warehouse operations. You will be responsible the picking, packing and shipping of products to our customers in a manner that meets company standards. Additionally, you utilize RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy in movements.
Hours: 2:00 pm to finish (varies due to volume)
Monday-Friday with overtime and some Saturdays only as needed
Pay: Up to $19.00/hour, depending on experience
Benefits eligible on day 1 of employment
Essential Job Functions
- Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws.
- Verifies, re-verifies and ensures that materials pulled from inventory are accurate.
- Ensures that material transfer activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintains tidiness and cleanliness in the warehouse.
- Complies with all Company equipment and safety rules and regulations.
- Performs related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating RF scanning equipment in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating Order picker/Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Forklift.
- Experience working in pick and pack warehouse environment.
