We have an opportunity for a Business Development Coordinator with exceptional HubSpot skills to join our brand new fitted out Broomfield, Colorado office.
Working with customers that included the LA Lakers, Dallas Cowboys, US Ski and Snowboard Association and many more professional, college and military organizations, you will be an integral member of the Commercial Team. As the Business Development Coordinator you will provide crucial support to the Vice President – North America and wider team in all aspects of the sales cycle and associated administration. This role will execute and maintain a high level of revenue generating activities throughout the team with a focused approach to management of our CRM, Hubspot.
We are looking for someone to be forward-thinking, intuitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads to be passed onto the appropriate Business Development Manager
- Monitor, mange and lead contact and company data within HubSpot
- Compile market research and reports for sales and marketing purposes
- Assist Business Development Managers with social media accounts for sales and marketing purposes
- Support with marketing tasks related to sales campaigns, trade shows and events
- Provide support in initial lead conversations and follow-ups
- Assist with proposals, invoicing and contracting
- Provide timely reporting, presentations and project support
You should have:
- In depth knowledge of the working of Hubspot. Can create sequences, tasks, follow ups, ect, within the system
- Previous experience with compiling daily lists of leads and delegating them to sales team associates
- Experience maintaining and accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals
- Administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling conferences and meetings
- Aided management team members and executives and needed
- Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
- Experience in processing sales in a timely manner
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, particularly in PowerPoint Sales
- Ability to assist and deliver quarterly business review presentations
