DUTIES:

The primary purpose of this position is to develop and maintain strong internal and external business relationships and to retain and grow business. The Account Services Representative is accountable for relationship management, renewal process and negotiation of both rate and services to achieve final rating and plan decisions, to deliver seamless and high quality service, and the resolution and communication of account and service issues. The Account Services Representative will spend approximately 60% of their time out of the office negotiating contract parameters as well as building and maintaining relationships with assigned broker and group market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service field (Medical or dental field is a plus).
• Minimum of one year of experience in benefit administration or broker services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
• Background in dental terminology is preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to operate PC and type 30 WPM.
• Must have excellent time management, public speaking and organizational skills.
• Requires an Oklahoma Insurance license or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment.
• CMS Certification.
• Requires excellent oral and written communication/grammar skills.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License and excellent driving record and willingness to travel.
