Aircraft Maintenance Manager

ART is currently looking for a full-time Aircraft Maintenance Manager. This position is located in Blytheville, AR.
To help meet our growing demand, ART is seeking a full time Maintenance Manager to manage the day-to-day maintenance and inspections on various aircraft located at our MRO in Blytheville, AR. This role will report to our Director of Maintenance (DOM).
As one who will be responsible for maintaining our aircraft, the Maintenance Manager should have refined mechanical skills, troubleshooting abilities, understanding of maintenance manuals and other documentation, and excellent planning and communication skills. They must also possess the leadership capabilities to both lead by example and bring others alongside to meet the goals of the Maintenance Department.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance for inspection planning
- Serve as a Lead Mechanic for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks and servicing on various aircraft
- Troubleshoot unscheduled maintenance items and prioritize projects with overlapping deadlines
- Manage other mechanics and staff to ensure timely, efficient work is being completed
- Research necessary maintenance manuals for guidance and support
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Airframe & Powerplant Certificate
- Heavy Maintenance Experience
- Experience with Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 preferred but not required
- Prior experience in a leadership capacity
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal awareness
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys working collaboratively
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and comply with ART’s DOT drug screening program on an ongoing basis
- Be able to work regular hours; Typical shift is 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday
- Additional work duties may be required on evenings or weekends depending on maintenance demands. We will work together to meet both company and personal scheduling needs
- Must be in Blytheville, AR area or willing to relocate.
