Electrician - Commercial Solar
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician

Qualifications & Job Descriptions
- Valid Massachusetts and/or RI Journeyman or Master Electrical license
OR - Valid Electrical license from other States with the ability to obtain MA and/or RI License
- Must be able to work on 3 phase commercial electrical systems
- Must be proud to take responsibility for a high level of quality workmanship
- Work well as a team leader, and maintain good communication skills with co-workers and customers
- Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. and work on flat and moderately pitched commercial roofs
- Knowledge and Ability to work safely in commercial construction environments
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, and perform electrical installations accordingly
- Knowledge of Solar equipment is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training
- Learn to set up and commission solar inverter equipment
- Able to work independently and with teams
- No need to work on steep pitched roofs, we specialize in commercial and industrial solar installations
- The ideal candidate would be a good team leader, able to organize crews, and install high quality, high performance solar arrays for our commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Install & maintain solar electrical equipment, for commercial solar arrays
- Work with our internal company team to design and prepare for installations
- Work with Utility interconnections & municipal inspections
- Help manage commercial solar installation and ensure systems meet company standards and are installed per electrical codes and local building codes
- Work independently and as a team member with other licensed electricians, apprentices, and construction crews
- Help maintain a safe work environment on our job sites
